Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resale condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, special clearance items, and products that have been installed or used are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
